I had my first PT session with Kirsten in 2018.
A friend had been trying to encourage me to join the gym for a long time, but I just kept procrastinating, mainly because it was so out of my comfort zone and I was very unfit.
So having a one on one session seemed less intimidating. I agreed to do two sessions a week with Kirsten and the rest is history.
Kirsten made me accountable for what I ate and followed that with advice, encouragement and a fitness schedule that has changed my life.
Now she is not only my trainer she is also my friend. I can’t express how grateful I am to her.

After many years spent with a stiff lower back and various therapies to try to alleviate the pain, I reached out to Kirsten.
She introduced me to an alternative therapy.
Her expertise in primal movement techniques, stretching and rolling cured my longstanding back problem and did so in record time.

Effective workouts
I started training with Kirsten 8 weeks postpartum, with a goal to lose weight and tone up.
I was initially apprehensive about the holistic approach as it sounded ‘fluffy’.
But it turns out Kirsten’s workouts are more effective than using all the machines and weights at the gym (favoured by my three previous personal trainers).
Surprisingly, Kirsten’s workouts have even helped with the postpartum pains in my shoulder, hip and knee - something a few physios have not been able to fix for me.
Highly recommend Kirsten and I will definitely continue training with her!
